Scope and Contents
These papers consist of photographs of twenty-four sketches made by Siberius Y. Saito (1908-1980) during his internment in 1942 at Tanforan Assembly Center near San Francisco. The sketches show barracks, mess halls, medical facilities, public areas, and general views of the Assembly Center where Japanese-Americans were held before they were assigned to other internment camps.
